With over 20 years of experience in commercial and civil construction, Sheideh leads projects with clarity, integrity, and a strong focus on budget and quality. As Owner and Senior Project Manager at Evergreen, she’s known for aligning teams, managing complexity, and delivering results.
Outside of work, Sheideh enjoys learning about different cultures, spending time with her family, and exploring the outdoors—passions that keep her grounded and bring fresh perspective to her leadership style.

Julie Creed

Julie brings a strong background in project coordination and stakeholder engagement, with experience helping large builds stay on schedule and within scope. She’s adept at bridging communication among clients, architects, and contractors to keep everyone aligned toward shared goals.
When she’s not working, Julie loves travelling the world, skiing, and learning about different cultures—activities that fuel her curiosity and inform her collaborative approach to every project she manages.

Denisa has a strong track record in coordinating complex projects and keeping things running smoothly — juggling multiple tasks, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring that timelines and expectations are met. She’s known for her organizational mindset and her ability to adapt when things shift.
Outside of work, Denisa loves surfing, biking, and hiking with her husband and their three kids — adventures that recharge her and feed her enthusiasm for teamwork, perseverance, and exploring new terrain.

Outside of work, Hanh loves spending time with her two college‑aged daughters. Those moments with family keep her grounded, inspire her priorities, and add perspective to how she balances leadership and collaboration.
